When will my order be shipped?

We ship all orders next/same day with a tracking #!

-If an order is out of stock or we cannot ship it within 24 hours we will contact you through the email you provided at checkout with more information.



What shipping methods do you use?

We ship via USPS First Class mail.
This option is 100% FREE within the US!
You can upgrade to USPS Priority Mail for a small fee at checkout.

First Class packages typically take 3-5 days to arrive, Priority Mail packages typically take 1-3 days to arrive.
International orders typically take 8-14 days to arrive.
-All arrival dates are estimates.

What is your shipping location?

We ship all our items from our US warehouse.
No items will arrive from overseas so you will receive your items quickly!



How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation with a tracking # will be e-mailed once the order has shipped.



How do I cancel or edit a placed order?

To cancel or edit an order you placed, please contact us through our contact form with the subject 'Order Cancellation or Order Edit' followed by your order number for example: 'Order Cancellation (#1234)' / 'Order Edit (#1234)' .

How Do I return or exchange an item purchased?

You have 30 days for any returns for a refund - the item must not used and in resellable condition.

You can exchange any items if there was a mistake with the order within 7 days.

We offer a Lifetime Warranty on all our HID/LEDs!

How does the Lifetime Warranty work?

Our Lifetime Warranty is simple!

We will reply the same day with instructions, all situations are different but our policy is normally:

For regular LED bulbs:
-Customer ships back the damaged item (customer pays shipping to ship the damage item(s) back), we will ship you a new item after the package arrives (we pay to ship you the new item).

For all HID/LED headlight/fog lighting:
-All shipping cost must be paid by the customer.

For international warranties:
-Customer must pay all shipping costs no matter the item.
