    • We ship all orders next/same day with a tracking #!
      -If an order is out of stock or we cannot ship it within 24 hours we will contact you through the email you provided at checkout with more information.

    • We ship via USPS First Class mail.
      -This option is 100% FREE within the US!
      You can upgrade to USPS Priority Mail for a small fee at checkout.
      First Class packages typically take 3-5 days to arrive, Priority Mail packages typically take 1-3 days to arrive. International orders typically take 8-14 days to arrive.
      -All arrival dates are estimates.
      *Insurance*
      Insurance is only purchased if you purchae it at checkout for an additional charge for $3.95

    • We ship all our items from our US warehouse.
      No items will arrive from overseas so you will receive your items quickly!

    • You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation with a tracking # will be e-mailed once the order has shipped.

    • We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.
      --please note that a paypal account IS NOT required to checkout.

    • To cancel an order you placed, please contact us through our contact form with the subject 'Order Cancellation' followed by your order number (ex. 'Order Cancellation (#1234)'). To edit an order you placed, please contact us through our contact form with the subject 'Order Edit' followed by your order number (ex. 'Order Edit (#1234)').

    • You have 30 days for any returns for a refund - the item must not used and in resellable condition.
      You can exchange any items if there was a mistake with the order within 7 days.
      We offer a Lifetime Warranty on all our HID/LEDs! For more info on returns and exchanges, check out our returns and exchanges page.

    • Our Lifetime Warranty is simple! Fill out our form with all required details: Warranty form.

      We will reply the same day with instructions, all situations are different but our policy is normally:
      For regular LED bulbs:
      -Customer ships back the damaged item (customer pays shipping to ship the damage item(s) back), we will ship you a new item after the package arrives (we pay to ship you the new item).

      For all HID/LED headlight/fog lighting:
      -All shipping cost must be paid by the customer.

      For international warranties:
      -Customer must pay all shipping costs no matter the item.

      -You will never have to pay for the actual item to be replaced!
