This kit includes outside gold resistors + LED bulbs. The gold resistors are plug and play. They will plug into the bulb and into your car's adapter with ease, no splicing or special wiring is required.
-the gold resistors must be mounted to metal to dissipate heat.
-There is NO Ballast required for this kit.

The beam angle and cut off is similar to a projector lens. They have a crisp white 5500k Light Temperature.
Photo is the actual LED temperature and cut-off installed in an Audi A3.
-Won't blind oncoming traffic
